Orders and Shipping
Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location. For international shipments, delivery may take longer depending on your country’s customs processing times.
Creating an account with YOLENY is quick and easy! Simply visit our website and click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” option at the top of the page. You’ll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password. Once your account is set up, you can track your orders, save your favorite products, and enjoy a faster checkout process on future purchases.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@yoleny.net. Once an order is placed, we work quickly to process and ship it, so it’s important to reach out as soon as possible to ensure that any changes can be made before your order is dispatched.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to see real-time updates on your package’s status. You can also log into your YOLENY account to view order details and track your purchase.
At YOLENY, we take your privacy and security seriously. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payment details are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways, such as PayPal or Stripe. This ensures that your payment information remains private and safe.
Sales tax is applicable based on your location. The applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout depending on your shipping address. You will be able to review the total amount, including taxes, before finalizing your purchase.

In most cases, we strive to ship all your items in one package. However, depending on the size of your order, the availability of products, and shipping logistics, some items may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers if your items are shipped in more than one package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on most new, unused items. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@yoleny.net with your order number and the items you wish to return. Items must be returned in their original condition, and you may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately at contact@yoleny.net with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve the situation by arranging for a return or exchange and ensuring that you receive the correct product.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@yoleny.net. Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged items. We will assist you in processing a return, exchange, or replacement for the damaged product.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label. Please follow these instructions carefully. Returns should be mailed to the address we provide, which will be included in the return authorization email.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@yoleny.net. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address for you. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly to attempt to reroute the package.
Once an order is submitted, it is processed quickly, and we may not be able to cancel or modify it. If your order has already been shipped, we recommend following our return process once you receive your items.
